I'm a software engineer who's beenquietly breaking and fixing things on the web for about seven years — mostly inVue,React,Node andTypeScript, with a soft spot for financial services sites that are one refactor away from a good life.

My favourite kind of win: taking a 90% uptime project and gently talking it up to 99.9% — then cutting 40% of the codebase because half of it was apologising for the other half. I like atomic design, sensible CI/CD, and deployments that don't require a prayer.
